Remember that you must choose the "Current View " or "Current Page " in the print " Dialogue Page". Adobe Acrobat always defaults to "ALL". This prints the entire document out, so do remember to de-select this option every time when printing out individual pages.

Make sure that the page scaling is set to "NONE" otherwise the pages will print out smaller. (Once set, Acrobat should always default to this option.) This will result in the envelopes and boxes etc not to match up. This is a common mistake people make. The "Preview" box should show Zoom at 100%.

Your printer will have come with software that allows it run on your computer. Many printers have the option to print smaller boarders, so giving you more image on the paper. Some printers allow you to print to the very edge. If your printer has these options you will find them in the "Printer Properties" menu. It may help to refer to your printers manual.

All the Images on this CD-ROM are designed to give fantastic results on ordinary good quality paper. You may get more intense colour by using a "Photo Matte " or “Gloss” paper.
